- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They never answer the phone or care to come and check about a horse that has been neglected in our area. We have called several times, but nothing has been done. It has no food, shelter, and little water. It is living off of weeds. It's heartbreaking having to drive by everyday to see the poor horse standing starving without shelter or attention.
